Keeping Our Clients and Ourselves Safe
We are taking measures to protect our and our clients’ health as we move forward with COVID-19, influenza, and RSV. We still ask all clients to observe best practices and observe public health recommendations. You are encouraged to continue to wear a mask during your appointment and ask your Counsellor to do the same.
Please do not attend in-person appointments if:
- You are sick, including having the flu, a cold, stomach flu, etc.
- You have COVID-19, RSV, or other similar illness;
- You are waiting for the results of a COVID-19 test;
- You had a positive result on a COVID-19 PCR or rapid test in the past 14 days;
- You have been in close with someone who is a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days or the person is waiting for test results;
If you are uncomfortable or unable to attend an in-person appointment please let your Counsellor know. Phone and/or video sessions are available.
